All of the glassware is individually hand painted with original designs. Two techniques are used in order to ensure that paint remains safely on the glass. The first method uses a "Permenamel" paint which is finished with a clear gloss glaze and dries for ten days. The paint is generally used for candle holders, ornaments and favors. The second technique uses a paint that thermally adheres to the glass when it is baked for forty minutes at 325 degrees. This paint is used on wine glasses, cheese plates, etc. to withstand the dishwasher. While both methods are durable, hand-washing is ALWAYS recommended. Items may be purchased securely online or throughout the year at one of the numerous local craft venues, especially throughout the fall and holiday seasons. Pricing

Pricing of favors will vary due to quantity ordered. You may call or email for a specific price quote. In the event of a price change, the price in effect at the time of order will prevail. New York state sales tax currently is 8.625%.

Shipping Information:

All orders are shipped via USPS. Sorry, no international shipping is available at this time. Shipping outside of the continental US is limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and Military (APO) addresses. These orders are shipped via the US post office and the post office charges by the weight and size of your package. You can note in the comments section during check out if you want to be contacted with the post office rates before your order is shipped.

All items that are in-stock will ship out within 2-3 business days. Special orders will take longer, depending on the quantity ordered. Please allow enough time before your special event for your order to be processed. Favors that require personalization or screen printing will usually take 1-2 weeks longer.

Seasonal merchandise may be temporarily out of stock or discontinued. You will be notified immediately if an item is unavailable. Substitutions can be made or the order may be canceled.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All products will vary slightly as they are all done individually by hand. If for some reason you are unhappy with the item, please contact us so that arrangements can be made for a substitution or refund.

Merchandise can be returned up to ten days after it is shipped. The items must remain unused and in its original packaging. A credit will be issued for the merchandise, shipping and handling charges will not be credited. Sorry, personalized items may not be returned. Partial returns on favor orders will not be accepted. Unfortunately the return policy does not apply to perishables. Orders can be canceled prior to shipment.

Every effort is made to make sure your merchandise arrives safely. Occasional damage is inevitable. Replacements will be issued. Please consider enough time to receive replacements. We cannot be responsible for any special air charges necessary to get the replacements to you sooner.

Checks, VISA or MasterCard is accepted as form of payment. Merchandise will be shipped after check has cleared, please allow 5-10 business days. Please note there will be a $20 fee for returned checks.
